Do you have a ghost?
People live with ghosts more often than one might think. Ghosts can be terribly frightening yet we are often afraid to admit we might have one for fear that family and friends will think we’re crazy. Sound familiar?
There are different types of hauntings, but what exactly is a ghost? A ghost is the spirit of someone who has died but has not yet crossed to the light, which many call Heaven or the Other Side. By failing to cross into the light, they become “stuck” between two worlds. Ghosts are sometimes referred to as "earthbound" spirits.
Ghosts have been reported for centuries in every part of the world. Yet despite the long history, scientists have yet to find a way to confirm the actual existence of ghosts.
While our beliefs are based upon our experiences (and those of us who have experienced a ghost don't need scientific validation!), we feel it is important to continue to try to document scientific evidence of paranormal activity to help contribute to the scientific study of ghosts.
So what can you do? Make yourself a cup of hot tea, sit back and relax, and read on. Living with a ghost can be downright scary so our goal is to educate you on your options, help you take action, and together we can restore peace once again to your home.
Our Mission:

(3) To collect scientific evidence of paranormal activity for contribution to the paranormal field
Our Philosophy:
We believe ghosts are stuck between here and Heaven, and we believe it is our duty to help them cross over. So our philosophy is that both the homeowner and the ghost deserve help, and everyone will benefit if we can successfully move a ghost into Heaven. We also believe the paranormal field will benefit from any valid scientific evidence we can gather and contribute along the way.
Our Fee:
We do not charge for services though we do accept donations to our equipment fund.

GHOST 101
Okay, so you’ve taken the first step and admit you have a ghost. Now what? Now you get rid of it, right? Well, not so fast. Just like us, ghosts have free will. And, just like us, they can be cranky and stubborn. But that doesn’t mean you have to live with it. If you have a cranky neighbor who comes to visit and refuses to leave, what would you do? You would put your foot down and send him home! Ghosts aren’t much different than cranky uninvited neighbors.
Fear
One advantage the ghost has is that you usually can't see him. And that causes fear. And many ghosts feed off fear. Why? Fear is a strong emotional energy, and it is commonly believed that ghosts use that energy. Which may explain why it isn't uncommon to find ghosts in homes where strong emotional energy is the norm....anger problems, chaotic households, addiction problems, and more. Even if a stable family moves in, when a ghost realizes his activities produce fear in the new household members, he is quite content to continue his noisy ways. Also of note, fear amplifies our senses as it prepares our body for fight or flight, making us naturally more aware of the energies in our environment.
The Sweet Little Old Lady Ghost
So not all ghosts are cranky or feed off chaos. You might have a sweet little old lady who is reluctant to give up her beloved home. This kind of ghost usually lives rather quietly and thus doesn't require much energy as she is quite content to just "share" her home with you. Even if this type of ghost isn't causing havoc in your home, everyone would still be better off if she crossed over, right?
Children Ghosts
Sometimes one encounters a child ghost. These lost children often inhabit homes where they died (even though their family might have moved on) or are attracted to homes where they feel love in the household or children their own age (which means lots of toys!). In our experience, children ghosts are usually not difficult to cross over; sometimes the bigger challenge is convincing the household members to let the child ghost go.
Poltergeists
Poltergeists is another highly debated phenomenon in the paranormal field....does poltergeist activity stem from psychokinesis involving a living teenager in the household, or does the homeowner just have a naughty ghost? Although we do believe in psychokinesis, homeowners often use the term "poltergeist" to describe frightening events. If a homeowner believes they have a poltergeist, we often discover that they have nothing more than a cranky ghost. And frankly, cranky ghosts love the attention bestowed upon them when somebody believes they are dealing with a poltergeist.
The Power of Belief
Which brings us to the power of belief….a very powerful energy in itself. Belief enables us to act certain ways and allows us to validate our actions. But belief can also do harm. Religions were started based on belief. “Witches” were burned based on belief. And, because of belief, the Catholic Church deemed Galileo nuts when he opined that our solar system revolved around the sun instead of the earth. So how does this tie into ghosts? If you believe you have a poltergeist, which often produces more fear, you are inadvertently feeding the ghost through your heightened fear based on the belief you have a poltergeist. Make sense?
Demons
So what is a demon? Some believe a demon is an instrument of Satan. Others believe a demon is just a low-level entity 
who was never human. Thanks to Hollywood, people often believe they have a demon and treat the situation as such. While we won’t argue the validity of demons, we still stand steadfast in our belief that you don’t have to live with it. As already mentioned, fear plays an important part and, as is true with any ghost, you will benefit greatly by bringing your fear under control (read Tip #1).
Possession
Just like demons, this is another very real yet very rare paranormal event. Fascinating, to be sure, but at this point we'll keep our focus on the much more common ghost.
